Condor stakeholders workshop

The workshop of Condor seamount stakeholders took place on 29 March 2011, at Horta, Azores. The meeting intended to gather all the users of the Condor seamount and local authorities, to present some of the results obtained during the Condor project, and exchange ideas and views on the future management of the Condor seamount.

Condor final workshop

The final workshop of the Condor project took place last week, on 16 and 17 February, in Horta, Azores. The meeting was organized to assess the results of the project which will end in April 2011. Condor workshop brought together researchers, students and technicians from the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries of the University of the Azores, the Portuguese Institute of Sea and Fisheries Research of Lisbon and the Institute of Marine Research in Norway and counted with the participation of representatives of local government and associations of stakeholders .
